    Q1 What are your operation hours?

    Our delivery time starts from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Sunday (except statutory holidays). Our customer service hours are from 9:30 am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday (except public holidays). Feel free to e-mail us at during our off hours and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

    Q1 What are the overseas delivery charge?

    We provide one-stop service charge for overseas delivery, including the basic shipping costs, packaging materials and shipping documents. Some of the additional charges that may appear include inspection fees and quarantine fees and tariffs.

    Q2 Will my boxes/items be stored in a secure location? Where?

    Our warehouse is located at Kwai Chung Commercial Centre. The warehouse is private and IP camera surveillance is installed. We also ensure that boxes are tamper-proof and protected from the elements such as fire, dust, humidity and water.

    Q2 Which items are prohibited?

    This all depends on the destination to which you are shipping. Please call our hotline +852 2686 9488 for more information about prohibited items for each country.

    Q3 What forms do I need for international moving?

    Each country has different import declaration form, our customer service representatives will be more than willing to help manage your international move. You can also find the declaration forms at the “Links” section.

    Q3 Is there a weight limit on the boxes?

    The weight of each carton box has a limit, and we provide 4 different box size. You can check out “Box Delivery” for more details.

    Q4 How long does it take for overseas shipment ?

    • Here are estimated days for your reference:
    • Australia, New Zealand — 30-40 days
    • USA, Canada — 40-50 days
    • British,Europe — 40-50 days
    • Asia – Depends on the destination of your shipment

    Q4 Do you have any inventory system? And how do I differentiate and label my boxes?

    Our warehouse operates with a reliable inventory system. Each of our carton boxes has a sticker printed with clients’ name.

Box Delivery

There are 4 sizes of carton boxes. Please try to fill up the boxes and do not leave spaces. Please do not to put too much heavy-weight items in a box, as carton boxes do not have enough padding to absorb collisions.

  • (Standard) S: Relatively heavy items (such as: CDs, books, glass ornaments or decorations)
  • (Medium) M: Bulky items (such as: small household appliances, kitchenwares)
  • (Large) L: Bulky items which are slightly light (such as: clothing, handbags, pillows, quilts )
  • (Clothes) C: Thick clothings (such as: suit, jacket)

Furnitures will be dismantled carefully and packed properly. They will then be transported to your new residence. For domestic moving, furnitures will be reinstalled and placed to the designated position. As for international moving, items will be properly placed. Re-installation will only be carried out on demand. Please note, do not place any items inside cabinets or cupboards, our team will apply plastic tape before moving.

Please tie up electrical wires for television, computer, HIFI audio and other electrical appliances. We will pack them up properly before shipping. Refrigerators and washing machines must be emptied and turned off before the day of moving to defrost and clear out water.
